Email signup privacy

This notice covers the optional BIOHAZARDTVUSA / BIOHAZARD MEDIA email update list. Joining the list does not purchase or activate live TV service.

What the form collects

• Your email address and optional first name.
• Your optional state or location choice. You may select “prefer not to say.” Signup is not limited to Texas.
• The marketing consent wording, consent date and signup source.

No credit card information or payment details are requested. Choosing “prefer not to say” does not prevent signup.

How signup information is used

The list is intended for BIOHAZARDTVUSA live TV updates, offers and referral news. Marketing consent is required and is not preselected. The form does not send a confirmation email or verify ownership of the address submitted.

Storage and access

Signup records are stored in private Netlify storage and are not displayed publicly. Authorized business administrators can access the list through a time-limited secure link sent to the configured business admin email. Netlify processes the website and signup storage; Resend processes the administrator access email.

For abuse prevention, the signup service keeps counters keyed to a hash derived from the connection address. The signup application does not save your raw connection address in its subscriber records. Hosting providers may retain their own operational logs.

Unsubscribe or request removal

You can ask to stop receiving marketing, request correction, or request removal of your signup information by emailing Biohazardtvusa@gmail.com. Future marketing emails should also include unsubscribe instructions. Unsubscribing from marketing does not cancel TV service.

BIOHAZARDTVUSA is independently operated and is not affiliated with Biohazard TV Canada.
